1 Acceptance of Terms

jl5577 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jl5577 will result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on jl5577, you must create a single Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update such information if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each natural person may hold only one (1) jl5577 Account at any time. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: jl5577 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Deposited funds are maintained in segregated accounts separate from jl5577 operating funds, in accordance with PAGCOR player protection requirements. jl5577 does not pay interest on Account Balances.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, as a primary anti-money laundering control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jl5577 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity period specified will be automatically forfeited without notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jl5577 Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl5577 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using jl5577 for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner;

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live multiplayer games;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jl5577 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology;
• Engaging in any form of charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

9 Responsible Gaming

jl5577 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set yourself and which take effect immediately upon activation.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;

Any unauthorised use of jl5577 Content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl5577 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if jl5577 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond jl5577's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or third-party system failures;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with your Account security obligations;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any promotional material, odds display, or other Platform content that contains a typographical or technical error.

jl5577's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl5577's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jl5577 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Regulatory Complaints: As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, jl5577 is subject to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution processes. If you have a complaint that has not been resolved to your satisfaction through jl5577's internal support team, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

Internal Dispute Process: Before escalating any dispute to a regulatory or judicial body, you agree to first contact jl5577 customer support at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for jl5577 to investigate and respond to your complaint.

Jurisdiction: Subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the internal process described above.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl5577 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
